Professional, Efficient, and Clean. From the initial phone contact with Gary where he provided online references to examples of his previous work and customer reviews to having him perform the work and mount our TV on the wall, the experience was seamless. Gary provided a clear quote with a game plan to install, set up an appointment the next day and arrive within the appointment window we agreed on. Gary assessed the wall where the TV would be mounted, provided a game plan on what he will be doing and finished the work in just over an hour. The quote Gary provided was very competitive to other quotes I had received, and there was no upselling for any other services or layering on options on the work to be performed. Just a clean, honest day’s work!
